- Real-time generation of Software Keys for installations which you have licensed but not yet generated a Key for.
- Real-time regeneration of Software Keys where a previously licensed installation is relocated to another workstation (rendering the existing Key useless).
- Access to our Knowledge Base with comprehensive information on each of our products, including trouble-shooting advice, user guides and technical resources.
- Online submission of HelpDesk support requests, which allows you to specify problems and provide screenshots to help us solve your problems quickly and effectively. You can monitor progress on each support request, and supply additional information when required. Only available to HelpDesk customers.
