Online orders
You can now place a secure online order for licenses for any of our products through our card payment provider, Secure Trading. All entry of card details and payment processing takes place on Secure Trading's e-payment network, which uses digital signatures and strong encryption to ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout the payment process. We don't even get your card numbers, so you can purchase online from us with complete confidence.

Before you place an online order, please ensure that you have the following information to hand:
  • The Registration ID of at least one installation of the trial software for each product ordered. Click here to find out how to locate a Registration ID.
  • For existing customers, your Toffa customer number and password. Click here to retrieve your customer number and password if you have forgotten it.
  • For customers in EU member states who do not pay VAT on UK purchases, a valid VAT registration number.
  • Your credit or debit card details for secure online payment.
To place an online order, just follow these simple steps:
  1. Select a product

  2. View the product you wish to license from our products menu. Download the trial software if you do not currently have an installation of that product.

    On the right-hand side, find the type of license you wish to purchase (eg, full license, upgrade, full license with upgrade protection).
  3. Place products in your shopping basket

  4. Select the quantity of licenses you wish to order by entering the amount desired into the quantity box, then press the 'calc' button. The cost of those licenses is then calculated and displayed next to the quantity.

    If you do not require HelpDesk Support, uncheck the HelpDesk box and the license cost will be automatically recalculated. Please note that you must purchase a HelpDesk package for every licensed copy of a specified product.

    Once you have selected the required number and type of licenses, click the add to basket icon ().

    Your shopping basket will be displayed showing all items currently selected and the total net value of your order.

    To finish your order, click the checkout button. To make additional purchases or browse other information before completing your order, click the continue shopping button.
  5. Complete your order

  6. Checkout is a three-step process. You will be prompted to login at this stage if you are an existing customer. This allows us to speed-up your purchase by pre-completing billing information and instantly updating our license records.

    First you need to provide us with Registration IDs for the trial installations you wish to license. When your payment has been processed, we will email the Software Keys required to unlock each licensed installation.

    We provide space for you to enter a Registration ID for each installation you wish to license. You only need to enter one ID for each product at this stage, as you may not have yet completed installation of trial software for each license you require. You can login to the site and generate remaining keys at a later date.

    Next, complete your billing details and if you are based in an EU member state and do not pay VAT on UK purchases, enter a valid VAT registration number. If you are an existing customer and have logged in, this information will be pre-completed.

    Finally, confirm your order and proceed to the online payment stage at our secure payment provider, Secure Trading. We are pleased to accept the following cards:


  7. Activate your licenses

  8. Once your payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order and any Software Keys requested. Simply enter this information in the relevant software installation to activate your license.

    If you are an existing customer and have logged in, you can instantly use our online support section to generate remaining keys and access the Knowledge Base and HelpDesk.

    New customers will be contacted shortly by email with a customer number and password which will allow you to login to our website to generate remaining keys and access the Knowledge Base and HelpDesk.
  9. Problems with online orders

  10. Our customers rarely experience problems with our online ordering system, and we receive thousands of orders each month. In the unlikely event you do experience a problem, please email support@toffa.com with further details or use the HelpDesk.
