Reseller accounts

Toffa supports a global network of value-added resellers including software retailers, hardware retailers, Netware consultants and telecommunication consultants.

Resellers are offered a fixed discount on all purchases of Toffa software, dependant on volumes, and receive premium support from our expert developers and consultants.

Every Reseller is provided with a unique reseller number and password which allows you to login to our website and make online purchases, access online support, and generate Software Keys for clients.

We support two types of Reseller purchase:

Brokered purchase: mainly for retailers who sell our licenses directly to the end-user at discretionary prices, where the end-user subsequently deals directly with us for Software Keys and ongoing support.
Direct purchase: mainly for consultants who sell our licenses directly to the end-user at discretionary prices, and provide all ongoing support. The end-user has no direct contact with Toffa.

Our online ordering system supports both types of purchase, providing invoice receipts to the reseller in all cases, but sending Software Keys and customer account information directly to the end-user for brokered purchases.

Resellers with direct purchases can generate new keys and regenerate existing keys for their customer's software installations online, just like any of our customers. You can also access the online Knowledge Base and HelpDesk where appropriate.

For Resellers with volume direct purchases, we also offer complete and unlimited access to our online Knowledge Base and HelpDesk - allowing us to help you more effectively support your customers.
