Before you place a telephone order, please ensure that you have the following information to hand:
- The Registration ID of at least one installation of the trial software for each product ordered. Click here to find out how to locate a Registration ID.
- For existing customers, your Toffa customer number and password. Click here to retrieve your customer number and password if you have forgotten it.
- For customers in EU member states who do not pay VAT on UK purchases, a valid VAT registration number.
- Your credit or debit card details for secure online payment.
