If you did not generate Software Keys for all the products you licensed at the point of purchase, you can login and generate them now. If you have moved a licensed installation to a new workstation, you can regenerate a limited number of new Software Keys.

Our customers can access our online Knowledge Base, which contains comprehensive information on each of our products, including trouble-shooting advice, user guides and technical resources.
HelpDesk

Our HelpDesk customers can submit support requests online, which allows you to specify problems and provide screenshots to help us solve your problems quickly and effectively. You can monitor progress and supply additional information when required.
Change password
 More
Customers can change their Toffa.com login password as often as required. Just login with your existing password and tell us your new one. All of the registered contacts will receive confirmation of the new password by email.
Forgotten passwords
 More
We store the email address of all staff in your organisation who place an order with us, and any of those staff can retrieve your customer number and password if they are lost or forgotten.
